Summary: convicted murderer who, while serving time in prison at the Federal Correctional Complex for the double murders of two rival gang members, had murdered infamous Fort Wayne spree shooter Ewan McLogan and convicted mass murderer Eli Hurowitz during an apparent dispute over a television channel at the unit's recreational facility on December 19, 2001, in which he had later received the death penalty for these killings and even filed a 2005 civil rights lawsuit against the judge for unfair sentencing on grounds of cruel treatment by prison officials.
