Summary: student at Indiana State University who was among one of seven people killed in a shooting rampage at a town meeting held by Republican U.S. Congressman Woodward Rushmore outside the campus area of Ivy Tech Community College that left several others critically injured including the congressman, in which authorities had arrested the gunman identified as 17-year-old self-described political extremist Ewan McLogan and later charged him with numerous federal offenses, including assassination attempt and several counts of first-degree murder.
