Summary: honors student at South Side High School and self-described political extremist who had carried out the infamous October 2001 shooting rampage at a town meeting held by Republican U.S. Congressman Woodward Rushmore outside the campus area of Fort Wayne's Ivy Tech Community College that left seven people dead and 13 others critically wounded including the congressman and several other council members during an apparent assassination attempt, who had been charged as an adult with numerous federal offenses and countless first-degree murder charges, which could have give him the death penalty.
