Summary: Chinese citizen who was among one of only two known fatalities involved in a fatal January 3, 2007 motorway coach crash when a Glasgow-bound National Express double-decker coach traveling from London's Heathrow Airport en route to Aberdeen in Scotland had overturned and smashed on to its side along the slip road of a M25 motorway near the Heathrow airport and also seriously injured 66 people on board (many of the passengers have had limbs amputated), in which authorities said the 48-year-old coach driver Philip Rooney was being held in custody on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving but has been released on police bail.
