Summary: Trinidadian American technical services specialist at the health insurance company Empire Blue Cross-Blue Shield Association in New York City who was among one of more than nine employees reported missing and presumed dead in the September 11 World Trade Center collapse that killed nearly 3,000 people including two consultants when the hijacked American Airlines Flight 11 slammed into the building's north tower, where he was working in his office on the 30th floor of the insurance industry's corporate headquarters.
