Summary: radio frequency field technician for AT&T; Wireless Services' Boynton Beach office in South Florida who was reportedly involved in a fiery March 19 wrong-way collision on Interstate 95 near Boca Raton, Florida when a sport-utility vehicle driven by former two-time Olympic swimmer Giovanni Linscheer slammed head-on into another car while heading south in the northbound lanes on the wet highway and both vehicles exploded into flames, in which an investigation found that Linscheer has been cited 16 times for a number of traffic infractions, including five times for speeding and twice for careless or reckless driving, but the Florida Highway Patrol is awaiting the results of toxicology reports to determine if the crash was alcohol-related.
