Summary: musician and younger brother of Newsday sports columnist Shaun Powell who along with his twin brother Art had formed the music production company Dem Twinzz Productions that produced titles for some major labels and also did a segment of the America's Most Wanted soundtrack after the duo performed on a tour together in Sweden and the United Kingdom with the Somali performing arts group called Shego Band in the 1990's, but who left the music industry shortly thereafter and later became a Microsoft certified systems engineer employed by Fairfax, Virginia-based information technology firm BTG, Inc., which led him to a job at the Pentagon in Washington D.C., where he worked as a civilian contractor.
