Summary: president of Caesar Cardini Foods, Inc. that became famous for its line of Caesar salad dressings who had took charge of the family business after her father's death in 1956, but who sold the multimillion-dollar business to Dolefan Corp. manufacturing firm in 1988 and remained an advocate of her late father's Caesar recipe refusing additions to the salad (particularly anchovies), and who also patented the Caesar salad dressing and added 17 other kinds of dressings, including several for health-conscious eaters.
