Summary: Welsh pop singer and songwriter best known as half of the Canadian dance music duo The Raes (with ex-wife Cherrill Rae) who had recorded a handful of disco-inflected pop hits in the late 1970's including the disco-styled remake of Doris Day's hit single Que Sera Sera, but who had later moved to Thailand several years ago where he established his own cabaret nightclub and outdoor bar Tai Pan Club and also became among one of many victims reported missing in the aftermath of the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami disaster that killed over 230,000 people when Phuket was devastated by flooding at the time before he was located a short time later safe and sound and resumed work at the bar.
