Robert DeAngelis, Jr.

New York who had recently completed his final world-class assignment as
a purchasing manager for the global engineering and construction
company Washington Group International, Inc. that was helping to build
one of the biggest dams in the world after he bought massive equipment
for a $705-million hydroelectric project in the Philippines.
