Summary: British-born retired U.S. Army officer who served with distinction in Rhodesia as a member of the British South African Police (BSAP) and also was awarded both the bronze and silver star during his tour of duty in Vietnam as an American army officer, who later became security chief for the financial services firm Morgan Stanley at the World Trade Center and was credited with saving many lives as he implemented evacuation procedures during the 1993 WTC bombing.
