Summary: Canadian head coach of the Windsor Wildcats women's hockey team in Windsor, Ontario, Canada who was one of three Windsor Wildcats Jr. Girls Hockey team staff and family killed in a horrific Jan. 29, 2005 motor vehicle accident when their tour bus hit a lorry on Route 390 near Geneseo, New York while the team was on its way to go skiing (the bus driver was arrested for the accident), in which the driver of the tractor-trailer 42-year-old Dale Zeiset was also killed, letting his dog out to relieve itself.
