Summary: casting director and filmmaker who along with co-producer Peggy Rajski won an Oscar for the 1994 short film Trevor, a comedy-drama about a gay teenage boy's attempted suicide, who became a casting director at 20th Century Fox Television with over 30 film and TV credits including Jaws 3-D, The Ryan White Story, Say Anything, Bill, Millennium, and Space: Above and Beyond, who also served as executive producer of actress Jodie Foster's directorial debut feature film Little Man Tate and later co-founded the non-profit organization The Trevor Project, a toll-free suicide prevention hotline inspired by the film Trevor which aimed at gay and questioning youth in the United States.
