Summary: Indonesian senior assistant professor of Islamic studies at McGill University in Montreal, Canada who along with her two young children were among one of more than thousands of people reported missing and presumed dead in the devastating South Asian Tsunami that swept across the Indian Ocean and killed over 2,300+ people during the tidal wave as the family were studying abroad at their oceanfront off-campus residence in Indonesia.
