Summary: retired news photographer and one of the first cameraman for the city of New Orleans in 1954 for WDSU-TV who chased Hurricane Camille and Betsy, went undercover to film the Ku Klux Klan and captured the last New Orleans footage of Lee Harvey Oswald on Aug. 21, 1963 and received many awards for his talent including the award of the New Orleans Broadcasting Hall of Fame in 2001, but who walked away from the TV news business and reinvented himself as a French Quarter restaurateur.
