Summary: Argentinean American emergency medical technician at the New York Presbyterian Hospital in Upper Manhattan who was among one of more than 15 EMT personnel reported missing and presumed dead in the September 11 World Trade Center collapse that killed nearly 3,000 people when hijacked United Airlines Flight 175 slammed into the building's south tower while he was working off-duty as one of the first paramedics to arrive on the scene helping the injured victims in the twin towers prior to its collapse.
