Summary: Filipino American corporate tax manager and accountant at the insurance-brokerage firm Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. in New York City who was among one of more than 295 employees reported missing and presumed dead in the September 11 World Trade Center collapse that killed nearly 3,000 people including 63 consultants when the hijacked American Airlines Flight 11 slammed into the building's north tower, where he had arrived at work in the 98th-floor office of the insurance agency's corporate headquarters.
