Summary: Malaysian internal auditor with the United Overseas Bank (UOB) based in Singapore who was one of four Malaysian passengers hospitalized with severe burns suffered up to 95 percent of her body in the fatal Singapore Airlines Flight 006 airplane accident after the ill-fated Los Angeles-bound commercial airliner had been destroyed while on the route in an attempt to take off from the wrong runway in Taipei, Taiwan during a typhoon and killed 83 of the 179 occupants aboard on October 31.
