Summary: Trinidadian American star track-and-field athlete at the City College of New York who had held the records for the fastest time in the 400-meter race (and the 400-yard dash) in 1983 and also held the City University of New York record in the 400-meter race in that same year, but who later became a bar chef at the famous Windows on the World restaurant on the 107th-floor level of the World Trade Center in New York City after leaving CCNY to pursue his passion in cooking and graduated with a certificate in Culinary Arts at the New York Restaurant School in 1999.
