Summary: Haitian ordained minister, diplomat, and pastor at the Maranatha Baptist Church in LaRamana, Dominican Republic who had campaigned tirelessly throughout the United States gaining support for the Haitian workers through the Sugar Cane Kids program to provide medical clinics in the rural villages near the sugar cane fields, where he convinced a powerful sugar company to donate land for a hospital and even brought together two young American missionaries to work on the construction of the Good Samaritan General Hospital outpatient clinic in 1997.
