Emmy-award winning songwriter, record producer, and vice president of Artists and Repertoire for the Contemporary Christian music record label Sparrow Records in Nashville, Tennessee who was instrumental in forming and starting the five-time Dove Award winning vocal group Avalon and also co-wrote numerous songs for the group including Always Have and Always Will, If Not Of and Wonder Why, who won a Dove Award in 1996 for co-writing the Pop/Contemporary Song of the Year for The Great Divide performed by Point of Grace and whose songs have been recorded by Russ Lee, Cindy Morgan, Kathy Troccoli and Amy Grant, among others.
