Summary: guitarist who had played two stints as a member of Jim Reeves's Blue Boys band before Reeve's death in a plane crash in 1964 and among whose hits featured on recordings by Country Music Hall of Famers are the George Strait singles Right or Wrong and Let's Fall to Pieces Together as well as Reeve's Distant Drums, Moe Bandy's A Cheating Situation, and Bandy's duet with Joe Stampley in Just Good Ol' Boys.
