Summary: retiree who had been hospitalized in extremely critical condition at an intensive care unit for more than week from massive internal injuries suffered in an April 13 dog attack incident when he was allegedly mauled by three dogs including a pit bull and an American bulldog owned by former Cleveland Browns tight end Darnell Sanders while he was watering plants in his backyard as the dogs were being cared for by a family friend but had escaped from a nearby home and attacked him near his driveway, in which the attack was ruled an accident by authorities and all charges were dropped.
