Summary: New York state tax investigator and founder of the SlamJam Women's Basketball League whose league brought together hundreds of top players from city public and Roman Catholic schools across New York and has opened the door to countless college basketball scholarships for participants, and who was also the founder of a nonprofit group called the Friends of Frederick E. Samuel Foundation (named for a former city councilman) in Harlem, New York that provides basketball and counseling to young people.
