Summary: Haitian American systems analyst for the New York City-based transportation planning group New York Metropolitan Transportation Council under the purview of the New York State Department of Transportation facility stationed at the New York World Trade Center towers in Lower Manhattan who was among one of three known NYSDOT staff members reported missing and presumed dead in the September 11 World Trade Center collapse that killed nearly 3,000 people when the hijacked American Airlines Flight 11 slammed into the building's north tower, where he was working in his office on the 82nd floor of the NYMTC agency's headquarters.
