Summary: executive vice president of human resources at the Tokyo-based registered bank holding company Fuji Bank Ltd. in its New York City offices who was among one of many survivors of the deadly 1993 World Trade Center bombing when Islamist terrorists parked a rental van in a parking garage underneath the World Trade Center's twin towers and lit the fuses on a massive homemade bomb stuffed inside, which killed six people and injured more than 1,000 others in the subsequent explosion while he was on a treadmill in the Vista Hotel Gym during the first attack on the building and survived.
