Summary: soul singer who along with Sheila Young and Val Williams comprised the early 1970's Washington, D.C.-based all-female vocal trio The Fuzz (formerly called The Passionettes) whose debut hit single I Love You for All Seasons went to top 10 on the U.S. Billboard R&B chart and peaked at #21 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 pop singles chart, but further singles had no success and the group split up in 1972 after the follow-up single Like An Open Door (reached to #14 hit on the R&B charts).
