Summary: former head of Iraq's Revolutionary Court who had been found guilty along with Saddam Hussein in the killing of 148 Shiite Muslims and was originally scheduled to be executed with Hussein on December 30, 2006 but his hanging in Baghdad, Iraq was delayed along with that of Hussein's half-brother Barzan Ibrahim al-Tikriti.
