Summary: serial killer who was serving life in prison for strangling 11 women in the Rochester area whose 13-week trial for 10 of the killings included graphic testimony about mutilation and cannibalism, in which his victims (most of them prostitutes) were killed from March 1988 to January 1990, and who was on parole at the time after serving 15 years in prison for killing two children in Watertown, New York in 1972.
