Danish-born actress and socialite who was the second wife of the late French film director Roger Vadim and starred in one of the leads in Vadim's modernized adaptation of Choderlos de Laclo's 1782 novel Dangerous Liaisons (1959), which also featured racy scenes and whose other film roles included the late-night horror movie Blood and Roses (1960) that is loosely based on Sheridan Le Fanu's tale of female vampires Carmilla.
