Summary: Jordanian waiter employed at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in downtown Amman, Jordan who had been hospitalized in a coma for more than a week from a brain injury due to a shrapnel wound to the head suffered in the deadly Nov. 9, 2005 suicide bombing attack after an Iraqi suicide bomber blew himself up in the lobby of the Grand Hyatt hotel where he worked, killing 57 others in the explosion, in which the Al-Qaida in Iraq terror group led by the Jordanian-born Abu Musab al-Zarqawi has claimed responsibility for the coordinated bombings.
