Romanian music promoter and deputy police officer of Ilfov County, Romania who was among one of many survivors of the deadly Colectiv nightclub fire, which claimed the lives of 64 people and wounded around 200 others on October 30, 2015 when the fire broke out in the Colectiv basement club in Bucharest, Romania that was caused by the fireworks used during a rock concert of the heavy-metal band Goodbye to Gravity to celebrate the release of their new album Mantras of War, whose trauma continued after the tragic fire and whose girlfriend Valentina Florea died in the blaze.
