sound engineer and owner of the music recording studio Onion Street Studio in West Bountiful, Utah who was among one of four known fatalities reportedly killed in a horrific March 22 terrorist attack that occurred on the Westminster Bridge in Parliament Square within the grounds of the Palace of Westminster in central London when the assailant identified as 52-year-old British-born jihadist Khalid Masood drove a rented sport-utility vehicle into a crowd of pedestrians near the palace gates and severely injured at least 40 other people including his wife Melissa Payne Cochran during the attack, then fatally stabbed an unarmed policeman and was later shot dead by other police officers at the scene, in which the incident was the first major terror attack to occur in the United Kingdom in 12 years since the July 7, 2005 London bombings.
