Summary: teacher's assistant at the Innocent Children's People Municipal Education Centre in the remote town of Janauba in southeastern Brazil who was hospitalized in critical condition for almost two months from severe burns that covered 80 percent of her body suffered in a horrific October 5 arson attack known as the Janauba Tragedy after a mentally-ill security guard doused gasoline on several children, employees and himself, then ignited the fuel and allegedly set the daycare center on fire, killing four children at the scene along with five more children, two teachers and the assailant himself died after being taken to the hospital and left 40 others injured as the blaze spread through the nursery inside a locked classroom where dozens of children between the ages of 3 and 7 were taking part in normal school activities in an attack which has horrified the nation, in which investigators said the perpetrator had planned the attack as they found gallons of fuel at his home, but the motive of the attack remains unclear.
