Summary: teacher's assistant at the Innocent Children's People Municipal Education Centre in the remote town of Janauba in the Minas Gerias state in southeastern Brazil who was hospitalized in critical condition for almost two months from severe burns that covered 80 percent of her body suffered in a horrific October 5 arson attack known as the Janauba Tragedy after a mentally-ill security guard doused gasoline over children on a daycare center with flammable liquid and allegedly set the facility on fire, killing nine children and the teacher Heley de Abreu Silva Batista along with the perpetrator and also injured around 40 other people inside a locked classroom where dozens of children between the ages of 3 and 7 were taking part in normal school activities as the blaze spread through the nursery in an attack which has horrified the nation, in which investigators said the perpetrator had planned the attack as they found gallons of fuel at his home, but the motive of the attack remains unclear.
