Summary: second-class petty officer and member of the United States Coast Guard serving as an information systems technician stationed at the Command, Control and Communications Engineering Center at Base Portsmouth in Portsmouth, Virginia who was reportedly involved in a fatal DUI car accident involving Little Women: Atlanta reality television star Melissa Hancock after the car he was driving was struck head-on in the eastbound lane along Interstate 264 in Virginia Beach, Virginia when a drunken driver was allegedly traveling on the wrong side of the highway and collided with his vehicle on Nov. 4, 2017 while he was on his way to pick up his wife Natalie Rocha Dill and her friends from a birthday celebration when the crash occurred, in which state police said Hancock was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated/maiming and is being held without bail in a Virginia Beach jail but police may upgrade the charge to DUI manslaughter.
