former college football running back who won the Heisman Trophy in 1994 and was the first University of Colorado player to win the award but whose professional career never lived up to his promise, who was a first-round selection in the 1995 NFL draft by the Chicago Bears with whom he played three seasons and became the youngest NFL player to rush for 1,000 yards in a season, but his professional career was cut short by injuries, fumbles, and marijuana use.
