Summary:
German terrorist and founding member of the violent West German militant revolutionary left-wing organization Movement 2 June (J2M) with his late wife Gabriele Krocher-Tiedemann (d. 1995) who in 1976 was allegedly leading a group planning to kidnap the Swedish politician Anna-Greta Leijon in exchange for eight of his comrades held in German prisons, but the plan known as Operation Leo had been intercepted by the police when he was arrested in Stockholm, Sweden before being deported to Germany where he served out his prison sentence until released in 1989, and who was also strongly associated with the second generation of the Red Army Faction.
