Turkish public relations student and part-time cook for an airport catering firm at the Ataturk International Airport in Istanbul, Turkey who was reportedly hospitalized in extremely critical condition from serious injuries caused by shrapnel that pierced her abdomen, stomach and head suffered in the aftermath of the June 28 Ataturk Airport attack that killed at least 41 people and also wounded more than 230 others when a trio of gunmen armed with automatic weapons and explosive belts staged a simultaneous attack consisting of mass shootings and triple suicide bombings at the international terminal building of Terminal 2 outside Istanbul's main airport, in which Turkish officials blamed the recent terror attacks on the Islamic State militant group and detained 22 suspects in police raids, but no one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
