Filipino justice advocate who was the founding president and emeritus chairman of the Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption (VACC) with Dante Jimenez in 1998 as a movement to pursue justice for victims of heinous crimes following the brutal murders of his wife Estrelita Vizconde and two daughters Carmela (aged 18) and Jennifer (aged 6) whose bodies were found stabbed to death in their own home in 1991 in what later came to be known as the Vizconde massacre.
