retiree and suspected drunk driver who was involved in a fatal two-vehicle car accident when he drove his four-door sedan on the wrong side of the road on northbound U.S. Interstate 75 in downtown Dayton, Ohio and collided head-on into a sports-utility vehicle killing three members of the local hard-rock band CounterFlux (lead singer Devin Bachmann, 26, guitarists Earl Miller II, 27, and Kyle Canter, 23) and their female passenger Vashti Nicole Brown after he was recently released from jail just over a day earlier on suspicion of drunken driving in a separate DUI-related collision.
