Russian renowned humanitarian and charity activist known widely as 'Dr. Liza' who in 2007 founded the Fair Aid charity fund in Moscow, which provides financial support and medical care to cancer patients, underprivileged families, the homeless, and others in need,  who also helped evacuate many children with heart conditions who were wounded during the Ukrainian conflict and was honored three times with state awards for her work, including the State Prize of the Russian Federation national award presented by President Vladimir Putin earlier in December 2016 for outstanding achievements in charity and human rights activities in Ukraine and Syria.
