Summary: German talented artist and deputy district mayor of the Dortmund suburb of Mengede, Germany in the North Rhine-Westphalia region who was largely responsible for the period of legislature until the end of the May 2014 municipal elections in which the district has turned Westerfilde into the largest ghetto of Dortmund West during his tenure, and who was previously known for his famous works in the art scene of Hamm, Germany including the approximately 600-meter energy-art trail in the Maximilian Park, which consists of several of his sculptures.
