Russian artist and activist of the controversial Russian dissident art collective group Voina who was among the group of activists who in 2010 painted a 65-meter phallus on a St. Petersburg drawbridge that (when raised) faced the windows of the local headquarters of the Federal Security Service (FBS), but who also staged numerous anti-government stunts that garnered national and international attention, including amid Blue Bucket protests in 2010 against government officials who use flashing blue beacons atop of their cars to cut through traffic.
