Summary: Algerian prominent militant and operational leader of the local Tunisian jihadi splinter group Okba Ibnou Nafaa Birgade linked to al-Qaida's North African branch who was suspected of masterminding the March 18, 2015 terrorist attack and assault on Tunisia's Bardo National Museum that left 21 foreign tourists and a policeman dead at the scene despite a claim of responsibility from the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant (ISIL) extremist rebel group, who was one of Tunisia's 'most dangerous terrorists' and has been previously condemned to death several times in Algeria after he was implicated in the July 2014 attack in which 15 Tunisian soldiers were killed near Mount Chaambi in the Algerian border.
