who was among one of more than 30 people reported missing and feared dead in the catastrophic May 2015 Texas-Oklahoma flood and tornado outbreak that was preceded by more than a week of heavy rain and killed at least 18 others in a massive flooding when a slow-moving storm system dropped tremendous precepitation across much of the Great Plains region and Southern United States triggering record-breaking flood events along the Blanco River in Hays County, Texas during the overnight of the Memorial Day weekend, in which the National Weather Service issued a flash flood emergency for southwest Harris County (which includes the city of Houston) and northeast Fort Bend County as a result of the ongoing disaster and called the floods the biggest in Texas history.
