Summary:
Chinese discus thrower and the world's oldest surviving Olympian who represented China in the discus throw at the 1936 Olympics in Berlin after setting a national record in 1935 when he performed a personal best throw of 135 feet, 6 inches at the Berlin Games but failed to maike the final, who was a coach and instructor at a leading physical education institute in the northern city of Xi'an, China in the 1950's, and who also carried the Olympic torch during the relay through Xi'an ahead of the 2008 Beijing Games.
