who was among one of 38 known fatalities reportedly shot and killed in a June 26 Islamic terror attack that also wounded more than 40 others at a popular tourist resort at Port El Kantaoui about 10 kilometres north of the Sousse city in central Tunisia when an armed gunman identified as 23-year-old aviation student Seifeddine Rezgui disguised himself as a tourist and opened fire at numerous European holidaymakers with a Kalashnikov assault rifle concealed in an umbrella as they lounged on the beach outside the Spanish-owned five-star Riu Imperial Marhaba Hotel in an attack claimed by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) jihadi militant group before the suspected terrorist was killed by security forces during an exchange of gunfire, in which the beach massacre became the second-deadliest non-state attack in the history of modern Tunisia this year with more fatalities than the 22 killed in the Bardo National Museum attack three months earlier.
