Nigerian pharmacist with the National Institute for Pharmaceutical and Research Development in Abuja, Nigeria who was renowned for her contributions to the use of indigenous medicine and went on to become a highly successful biomedical researcher, receiving grants from the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as the World Bank to conduct post-doctoral research on medicinal herbs in China and diabetes research for the NIPRD's Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology in Nigeria.




Cause of Death: Crushed to death during the Hajj stampede
