Summary: Spanish retired chemist at the Moritz brewery in Barcelona, Spain
who was among one of 21 known fatalities reportedly shot and killed in a March 18 terrorist attack and hostage-taking siege at the historic Bardo National Museum in the Tunisian capital city of Tunis that also wounded about 50 others when three Islamic terrorists dressed in military uniforms stormed into the museum's entrance near a Parliament building and opened fire on more than 200 foreign tourists in the vicinity as they were getting off the tour bus to enter the museum compund during an excursion organized as part of two Mediterranean holiday cruises when the violent gun attack occurred, in which the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) militant group claimed responsibility for the massacre and it became the deadliest terrorist attack in Tunisian history surpassing the 2002 Ghriba synagogue bombing that killed 21 people, most of whom where also European tourists.
