Summary: Argentine impresario who became one of the major figures in the Buenos Aires underground scene during the 1980's as owner of Cafe Einstein and later Cemento, which became a major venue for alternative rock concerts, theater acts, and dance parties, but who was sentenced to twenty years imprisonment for his responsibility in a fatal fire on December 30, 2004 that killed 194 people and injured over 600 others at a Buenos Aires concert venue that he owned and operated (he remained free on appeal).
